Scope of Work
As a Staff Nurse in a German hospital, you will practice evidence-based nursing within clearly defined clinical responsibilities.
Your duties include:
- Delivering professional nursing care according to German hospital standards
- Monitoring patients’ clinical condition and documenting care accurately
- Administering medications and treatments as prescribed
- Supporting physicians during procedures and ward rounds
- Educating patients and families on care plans and recovery
- Ensuring compliance with hygiene, safety, and quality protocols
- Working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary care team
Eligibility Requirements

Minimum requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Nursing
- Valid nursing registration in the home country
- Minimum 1–2 years of hospital experience
- Willingness to obtain German nursing recognition (Anerkennung)
- Commitment to learn German language (B1 level required for hospital work)
- Professional attitude, reliability, and respect for clinical protocols
Previous experience in medical-surgical wards, ICU, ER, geriatrics, or surgery is an advantage.
