Working closely with physicians, clinicians, and administrative colleagues, you will bring structure, calm, and reliability to a fast-paced medical environment. Your ability to manage competing priorities and adapt to a rotational schedule will directly support patient outcomes and the smooth day-to-day functioning of the practice.

Your Responsibilities
- You’ll manage front-desk reception, greeting patients, visitors, and suppliers with professionalism and care.
- In this role, you’ll answer and direct incoming phone calls, respond to general inquiries, and ensure urgent matters are addressed promptly.
- You’ll coordinate patient appointments, confirmations, referrals, and counseling bookings.
- You’ll enter new patients into clinical systems and assemble and maintain accurate patient charts.
- You’ll support daily clinical operations by preparing sign-up sheets, procedure labels, and sorting lab reports.
- You’ll handle administrative workflows including mail, faxes, courier deliveries, billing, and office supply inventory.
- You’ll participate in training new staff and contribute to a supportive team environment.
Skills and Qualifications
- 5 to 7 years of experience in a medical office or healthcare administrative setting.
- Post-secondary education in administration, business, or office management is considered an asset.
- Strong administrative, organizational, and basic computer skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to multitask, assess urgency, and remain calm under pressure.
- A self-directed, compassionate professional who works well in a team-based environment.
