Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Associate Dentist based in Pune, combining both in-clinic responsibilities and an option for remote work as needed. Responsibilities include performing dental assessments, providing treatments such as fillings, root canals, and cosmetic procedures, and advising patients on oral hygiene and preventative care. The Associate Dentist will also collaborate with the orthodontic team for cases involving braces or Invisalign and ensure patient records are accurately maintained.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in general dentistry procedures including root canals, fillings, extractions, and cosmetic options like veneers and teeth whitening
- Knowledge of orthodontic treatments, including braces, aligners, and Invisalign, with an emphasis on patient care and outcomes
- Strong communication, patient interaction, and counseling skills
- Familiarity with maintaining accurate patient medical records and using dental practice management tools
- Relevant dental qualification (BDS/MDS) and proper licensing to practice in India
- Interest in advanced dental technologies and continuous learning in modern dentistry trends
- Experience in a clinical setting is preferred but not mandatory
