Cpl Healthcare is hiring a Cardiology Nurse for the Mater Private Network in Dublin.

As a Cardiology Nurse, you will work alongside a team of esteemed consultant cardiologists and other healthcare professionals, contributing to a multi-disciplinary approach to deliver exceptional care to patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert nursing care to cardiology patients.
- Conduct holistic patient assessments and implement evidence-based care plans.
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with hospital policies.
- Educate patients and families on medication management, rehabilitation, and recovery.
- Support quality improvement initiatives and participate in hospital accreditation programmes (JCI).
- Adhere to infection control, safety, and confidentiality protocols.
Essential Qualifications:
- Registered General Nurse (RGN) with active registration on the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland (NMBI).
- 2 years post-qualification experience.
- Previous cardiothoracic experience.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Children First Certificate and GDPR Certificate.

Additional Information:
- Hours: 37.5 hours per week.
- Probation: 6-month probationary period (extendable if required).
- Health Requirements: Pre-assessment medical form submission required.
- Performance Reviews: Interim at 3 months, final at 6 months, and annually thereafter.
