Role Overview
The Doctor Acquisition Manager will be responsible for onboarding doctors and clinics onto the company’s platform by pitching digital healthcare solutions that help doctors manage patients, clinics, and revenues more efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, approach, and onboard doctors, clinics, and hospitals
- Pitch products such as clinic management tools, patient engagement solutions, and healthcare services
- Build strong relationships with doctors and key decision-makers
- Drive monthly onboarding and revenue targets
- Conduct product demos and handle objections effectively
- Coordinate with onboarding, product, and support teams for smooth activation
- Maintain accurate CRM and reporting on doctor pipeline
Key Skills & Requirements
- Proven field sales or B2B acquisition experience
- Strong understanding of doctor ecosystem and healthcare workflows
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Target-driven with high ownership mindset
- Comfortable with field work and local travel
