Role Overview
You will provide on-call virtual consultations through the Kinder Spring digital platform, following a structured treatment protocol developed by Dr. Pravin Dhole. The role involves working closely with therapists, psychologists, and care coordinators to deliver integrated, compassionate care to children across India.
Kinder Spring is a joint initiative of Aulixo Healthcare Pvt. Ltd. and Baynine Ventures LLP.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct virtual pediatric consultations for neurodevelopmental cases
- Review history, assess symptoms & prescribe protocol-based treatment
- Maintain detailed consultation documentation
- Guide families on care plans and progress
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
- Participate in clinical reviews & training sessions
Preferred Profile
- Experience with Autism, ADHD, CP, and related conditions
- Strong empathy & virtual consultation skills
- Collaborative, integrative approach
- Willingness to follow structured clinical frameworks
- Navi Mumbai based / open to relocation preferred
