About The Opportunity
Join a fast-growing organization in the healthcare delivery sector operating multi-specialty hospital units across India. This role sits at the intersection of clinical excellence, operational execution, and commercial leadership—focused on delivering safe, efficient, and patient-centric inpatient services. The position is full-time, on-site, and requires hands-on leadership to drive quality, compliance, and financial performance for a hospital unit.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day hospital unit operations ensuring clinical quality, patient safety, and high patient experience across inpatient, emergency, and outpatient interfaces.
- Own unit-level financials: prepare budgets, control costs, optimise resource utilisation, and drive revenue/occupancy growth to meet P&L targets.
- Implement and monitor clinical governance, standard operating procedures, infection control, and patient-safety initiatives aligning with NABH and national regulations.
- Drive accreditation readiness and manage relationships with regulators, auditors, TPAs, and external stakeholders.
- Recruit, develop, and lead multidisciplinary teams (clinical and non-clinical); set performance metrics and ensure training, rostering, and staff engagement.
- Collaborate with clinical leaders and corporate functions to launch services, improve operational throughput, and implement EMR/HIS-driven workflows and reporting.
