Job Description:
As an Enterprise Sales Manager at Cult, you will play a crucial role in driving our
growth strategy for the Enterprise team at cult. You will be responsible for acquiring
new clients, developing new business opportunities, and generating revenue through
various lead generation avenues. Your ability to build strong relationships with
corporate clients and deliver customised wellness solutions will be key to your
success.
Key Responsibilities:
New Business Development:
Identify and target new business opportunities in the corporate sector.
Develop and execute strategies to penetrate and expand market presence.
Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients.
New Client Acquisition:
Conduct market research to identify potential clients and their needs.
Engage with decision-makers to present Cult’s wellness offerings and value
proposition.
Customise solutions to meet the unique needs of each corporate client.
Revenue Generation:
Achieve and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
Develop pricing strategies and negotiate contracts to maximise profitability.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients.
Outbound Lead Generation:
Implement effective outbound sales strategies and campaigns.
Utilise CRM tools to track and manage leads, ensuring timely follow-up and
conversion.
Analyse sales data to refine lead generation techniques and improve conversion
rates.
Relationship Management:
Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-
makers.
Act as a trusted advisor to clients, fostering long-term partnerships.
Gather feedback to continuously improve Cult's corporate offerings.
Qualifications:
Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum 4-5 years of experience in enterprise sales, preferably in the
Hospitality, BFSI, Real Estate & Healthcare & Wellness industries.
Proven ability to work with HR, Admin, and Procurement stakeholders
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
Strong understanding of corporate sales processes and procurement.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced
environment.
Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
