Key Responsibilities
- Deliver safe, high-quality nursing care in accordance with hospital policies and clinical protocols
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care needs
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor patient conditions and report changes to medical teams
- Maintain accurate nursing documentation and patient records
- Educate patients and families on care plans and post-treatment guidance
- Collaborate effectively with doctors, nurses, and allied healthcare professionals
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Nursing
- Registered Nurse (RN) licence from India or the Philippines
- Eligible for registration with the Singapore Nursing Board (SNB)
- Minimum 1–2 years of hospital experience (medical-surgical, ICU, ER, OT, or speciality units preferred)
- Good English communication skills (spoken and written)
- Willingness to work shifts in a hospital environment
