Requirements
Qualification
ANM/GNM/BSC Nursing
Sound knowledge of nursing care procedures, medical protocols, and patient safety standards
Ability to assess patient conditions and respond appropriately to changes
Proficiency in administering medications and treatments as prescribed
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team
Willingness to work rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays
High level of compassion, professionalism, and ethical conduct
Basic computer skills for maintaining electronic medical records
