Role Description:
We are seeking a qualified and experienced MBBS Doctor / Resident Medical Officer (RMO) to join our medical team. The ideal candidate should be capable of independently handling emergency cases and providing continuous medical care to in-patients under consultant supervision.
Key Details:
- Qualification: MBBS (TCMC Registration Mandatory)
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience as an RMO
Responsibilities:
- Independently manage and handle casualty/emergency cases
- Provide medical care for in-patients (IP) and monitor their progress
- Execute treatment plans and follow instructions provided by consultants
- Maintain accurate patient records and medical documentation
- Coordinate with nursing staff and other healthcare professionals
- Ensure adherence to hospital protocols, safety standards, and medical ethics
