Role Description
This full-time role for a Junior Doctor Consultant is an on-site position located in Bangalore Urban. The Junior Doctor Consultant will engage in patient consultations, assess and diagnose medical conditions, provide treatment plans, and support senior medical staff. Additionally, they will collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure high-quality patient care while maintaining accurate medical records. The role may also include participation in training programs and contributing to a culture of continuous learning and development.
Qualifications
- Strong clinical knowledge in diagnosis, treatment planning, and patient care
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for patient interaction and teamwork
- Ability to maintain accurate and detailed patient records
- Experience working in or training in a hospital or clinical setting
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team
- MBBS completion of relevant internships or residencies is preferred
- Basic proficiency in relevant medical software and technologies is advantageous
