Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough examinations of histological and cytological samples to determine disease presence and nature.
- Prepare detailed pathology reports, clearly communicating findings to medical staff and patients as necessary.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to discuss diagnoses and inform patient management decisions.
- Engage in continuous education and training to stay current with industry advancements.

Requirements
- MD or DO degree with board certification in pathology.
- Current medical license to practice in the state of employment.
- At least 4 years of relevant clinical pathology experience.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work with sophisticated laboratory technology.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
