Qualification & Experience
Mandatory
- MBBS
- MBA from a Premier Institute (IIMs, ISB, XLRI, SPJIMR, FMS, global B-schools, or equivalent)
Preferred Experience
- 5-15 years of experience in:
- Healthcare strategy
- Consulting
- Leadership office / CEO’s office
- Hospital management / healthcare corporate roles
- Exposure to multi-unit healthcare systems is a strong plus
Location: Chennai/ Delhi
Role Purpose
The role is a high-impact leadership support position combining strategic thinking, clinical understanding, and business execution. The incumbent will work as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, driving strategic initiatives, enabling decision-making, and ensuring seamless execution across clinical and business verticals.
This is not a traditional EA role—it is a feeder role to leadership positions.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategy & Decision Support
- Support Chairman/CEO in strategic planning, reviews, and execution of key initiatives.
- Conduct business, clinical, and market analysis to support leadership decisions.
- Prepare strategy decks, concept notes, investment proposals, and board presentations.
- Track strategic priorities, OKRs, and critical milestones across functions.
2. Leadership Office Management
- Act as the single point of coordination between leadership and internal/external stakeholders.
- Ensure timely follow-ups, closure of action points, and cross-functional alignment.
- Represent leadership in meetings when required and ensure decisions are translated into execution.
3. Clinical–Business Interface
- Leverage MBBS background to:
- Understand clinical workflows, outcomes, quality, and patient safety.
- Bridge communication between clinicians and business teams.
- Evaluate new clinical programs, specialties, and care models from a medical + commercial lens.
4. Projects & Special Assignments
- Lead high-priority CEO-sponsored projects (growth, transformation, turnaround, new initiatives).
- Support M&A, expansion, or new business evaluations where applicable.
- Drive change management initiatives across hospitals / units / verticals.
5. Governance & Confidentiality
- Handle sensitive information with the highest level of discretion and integrity.
- Support governance forums including Board, ExCom, Medical Council, and Steering Committees.
- Ensure compliance, documentation, and structured communication.
