Role OverviewThe Doctor Outreach & Relationship Lead will be responsible for building, managing, and strengthening long-term relationships with doctors and healthcare partners across India.
This role acts as the primary point of contact between Miror and the medical fraternity, ensuring strong engagement, trust, collaboration, and continuity with gynecologists, physicians, endocrinologists, and menopause-focused clinicians.
The role is relationship-driven, execution-focused, and impact-oriented—centered on outreach, engagement, referrals, and partnerships rather than clinical decision-making.
Key Responsibilities1. Doctor Outreach & Relationship Management- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with gynecologists, physicians, endocrinologists, and menopause-focused doctors.
- Serve as the primary relationship owner for all doctor partnerships associated with Miror.
- Identify, onboard, and engage new doctors into Miror’s ecosystem across key regions.
- Ensure consistent engagement through structured touchpoints, follow-ups, and communication.
- Act as a trusted liaison between doctors and Miror’s internal teams.
2. Engagement Programs & Network Growth- Plan and execute structured doctor outreach initiatives including:
- One-to-one meetings
- Group discussions
- Webinars, CMEs, and scientific sessions
- Support the development of a strong referral and collaboration network of doctors, clinics, and hospitals.
- Identify and nurture high-engagement doctors and regional champions within the network.
- Coordinate participation of doctors in awareness initiatives, education programs, and community efforts.
3. Relationship Tracking & Performance Monitoring- Maintain a structured CRM/database of:
- Doctor profiles
- Engagement history
- Referrals and collaboration outcomes
- Track outreach effectiveness using engagement metrics, referral trends, and regional insights.
- Share regular updates and insights with leadership to improve outreach strategy and doctor experience.
4. Cross-Functional Coordination- Work closely with clinical, operations, product, and marketing teams to:
- Ensure smooth doctor onboarding and engagement
- Address doctor feedback, concerns, and suggestions
- Improve collaboration workflows and service experience
- Represent doctor perspectives internally to help strengthen Miror’s offerings and partnerships.
- Support strategic partnerships and institutional collaborations in women’s health.
5. Ethics, Compliance & Professional Standards- Ensure all doctor engagements follow ethical guidelines, medical compliance norms, and industry best practices.
- Maintain professionalism, transparency, and trust in all interactions with the medical community.
Required Qualifications- Medical degree (MBBS or equivalent) or extensive professional experience working closely with doctors and healthcare institutions.
- 10–15+ years of experience in healthcare, medical outreach, clinical partnerships, or physician engagement roles.
- Strong existing network with gynecologists, physicians, hospitals, or healthcare institutions.
- Proven ability to build and sustain long-term professional relationships.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder-management skills.
