Roles And Responsibilities
- Verify and process prescriptions in accordance with regulatory and hospital protocols, ensuring appropriateness, dosage, and legibility.

- Counsel patients on proper medication administration, potential side effects, and adherence, offering personalized guidance as needed.
- Dispense medications accurately, ensuring proper labeling, storage, and documentation in alignment with hospital and legal standards.
- Monitor and manage pharmaceutical inventory, conducting regular audits, and coordinating replenishment to avoid stock-outs or wastage.
- Support compliance with JCI and other healthcare quality standards through diligent record-keeping and ongoing professional development.
- Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives, policy development, and training programs within the pharmacy department.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams on clinical rounds, sharing pharmaceutical insights for integrated patient management.
