Role Description
We are seeking an Administrative Lead to support the Clinic Director directly while helping elevate the quality and consistency of our administrative operations. This is a hands-on administrative role that combines daily administrative work with quality oversight, initiative, and peer support.
The Administrative Lead is responsible to support the Intake Coordinators in their daily tasks while also ensuring work is completed accurately, thoughtfully, and in alignment with clinic standards — and for identifying gaps, following up, and supporting continuous improvement.
This role is ideal for an experienced administrative professional who enjoys both doing the work and ensuring the work is done well.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and customer service skills, with the ability to interact professionally and thoughtfully with clients and team members
- Demonstrated administrative experience with excellent organizational and follow-through skills
- High attention to detail paired with strong judgment and critical thinking
- Comfort taking initiative, identifying gaps, and following through without close supervision
- Ability to provide constructive feedback and guidance to peers in a respectful, professional manner
- Discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information
- Proficiency with office and scheduling systems (e.g., Microsoft Office, online booking platforms)
- Experience in a healthcare, wellness, or professional services environment is an asset
- Post-secondary education in administrative studies, business management, health administration, or a related field is preferred; relevant professional experience will be strongly considered
