Qualifications:
- PSW/HCA certification or diploma is a must.
- First Aid and Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) level C Certificate
- Police Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sector Screening (within 1 year)
- 2 Steps of Tuberculosis (TB) Test and Immunizations ( up to date)
- Have access to a reliable vehicle and be willing to travel within a community
- Strong time management skills, confidentiality, and professionalism
- Excellent communicator, able to foster relationships with Healthcare Staff and clients
- Ability to work independently and work effectively within a team environment
- Interest in continuous learning - high energy and focused
Responsibilities:
