Brief JD: Admin Executive (Off-roll Position)
Job Location- Worli- Mumbai( Only candidates from Mumbai)
Role Purpose:
Support day-to-day office administration through effective coordination, timely bill processing, strong stakeholder management, and organizing workplace activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage office administration and coordinate daily operational requirements.
- Handle bill processing: track invoices, verify supporting documents, coordinate approvals, and ensure timely submission as per process.
- Manage internal and external stakeholders (employees, vendors, service partners) to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Coordinate vendors for housekeeping, security, pantry, maintenance, courier, etc., and monitor service quality.
- Support employee and visitor communication; manage meeting logistics as required.
- Organize and coordinate employee engagement activities/events (celebrations, townhalls support, trainings logistics).
- Maintain admin trackers/records and support reporting/MIS.
Key Skills:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong coordination, follow-up, and problem-solving
- Strong working knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint (PPT)
- Basic knowledge of MS Outlook/Word
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
Qualification/Experience:
Graduate with 1–3 years of experience in admin/facilities/support roles (preferred).
