Job Summary
The Executive Assistant will provide administrative support with a primary focus on calendar management, travel coordination, and day-to-day scheduling to ensure smooth executive operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain executive calendars, meetings, and appointments
- Coordinate domestic and international travel, including bookings and itineraries
- Act as a coordination point between the executive and internal/external stakeholders
- Schedule meetings, calls, and video conferences; ensure timely follow-ups
- Handle emails, communication, and basic documentation support
