Job Description
The Paid Social Coordinator supports the execution, optimization, and reporting of paid social campaigns for healthcare brands, with a focus on the US market. This role helps translate media plans into platform builds, ensures campaigns are set up accurately, and improves performance through structured testing and analysis. The Paid Social Coordinator partners with Media Planning and Analytics to align targeting, measurement, pacing, and insights across campaigns. Success is defined by operational accuracy, on-time delivery, and measurable performance improvement across active accounts.
What You’ll Do
- Build and launch paid social campaigns across platforms such as Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, X, Snapchat, and Pinterest, including QA and setup validation.
- Manage daily optimizations (audiences, creative rotation, placements, bidding) and document changes aligned to campaign goals and learning agendas.
- Monitor budgets and pacing, flag risks early, and coordinate adjustments with Media Planning and Client Services.
- Analyze performance using platform reporting and spreadsheets (Excel) to produce client-ready reporting, insights, and recommendations.
- Support paid social operations including invoicing inputs, trafficking details, and maintaining organized documentation across multiple campaigns.
Qualifications
Required:
- 6+ months hands-on experience executing paid social campaigns in at least one major platform (Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, X, Snapchat, Pinterest) with examples of work completed.
- Education in Digital Marketing, Advertising, Media Studies, Communications, or equivalent practical experience, demonstrated through projects, internship/co-op, or portfolio.
- Proficiency in Excel for reporting and analysis (pivot tables, formulas, lookups) used in a professional or academic setting.
- Experience managing multiple priorities with strong QA habits (checklists, naming conventions, version control) and a track record of error reduction or on-time delivery.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional partners by sharing clear campaign updates, performance summaries, and next steps (written or presentation format).
Desired:
- Comfort and enthusiasm for using AI as a regular part of how work gets done.
- Experience supporting US-market campaigns and adapting targeting, creative, and measurement approaches to US audiences.
- Exposure to regulated/healthcare marketing workflows, including review/approval steps and documentation requirements.
- Familiarity with measurement concepts (pixels, events, UTMs, conversion APIs) and partnering with analytics teams to validate tracking.
- Experience with paid social reporting and billing/invoicing coordination, including budget tracking and reconciliation support.
Additional Information
This posting is for an existing vacancy at Klick. The base salary range for this position is between CAD 50,000 - 60,000 per year. The final amount offered will be determined based on several factors such as a candidate’s work location, their unique skill set, education, and prior work experience.
