We are a rapidly growing dental clinic consolidator platform with a network of 30 practices across Southwestern Ontario. As we continue to expand, we are seeking an experienced and strategic Human Resources Manager to lead and evolve our HR function.
Position Summary
The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources across our dental practices, including full-cycle payroll, employee relations, talent acquisition, compliance, and organizational development. This role requires both strategic leadership and operational execution to support a multi-site, fast-growing healthcare organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company’s growth objectives and business goals
- Oversee HR initiatives, systems, and day-to-day HR operations across a network of dental practices in their assigned region
- Manage employee relations, performance management processes, staffing, training, and development programs
- Ensure compliance with Canadian employment laws and regulations across multiple jurisdictions
- Lead and support talent acquisition efforts to meet the staffing needs of a growing dental clinic network
- Design, implement, and manage competitive compensation and benefits programs
- Partner with senior management to promote a positive, inclusive, and high-performance company culture
- Analyze HR metrics and trends, providing data-driven insights and recommendations to leadership
- Support change management initiatives related to growth, restructuring, and operational improvements
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of progressive human resources experience
- CHRP, CHRL, or equivalent professional designation is an asset but not required
- Payroll Experience with Dayforce considered an asset
- Experience in healthcare, dental, or multi-site environments is highly desirable
- Strong knowledge of Canadian employment legislation and HR best practices
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive and solutions-focused approach
